Do you know the SODIUM MYRISTATE? Sodium myristate is a compound with formula Na(CH3(CH2)12COO). It is the sodium salt of myristic acid. SODIUM MYRISTATE Oily white crystals melting at 58°C; soluble in ether and alcohol, insoluble in water; used to synthesize flavor and perfume esters, and in soaps and cosmetics. SODIUM MYRISTATE is available in dust free granules. This Product can be customized to specific parameters and Product Performance. This chemical should be storied at 2-8°C.It can be used in food or as an additive with limited or no toxicity information available. Designated as safe for general or specific, limited use in food.
