Fundamental physical constants what are they?

We have found that there are certain limits to how far we can visualise and understand the workings of the Universe. There exists an observable limit, which we cannot go past, this limit is related to the speed of light. Currently the speed of light has fuelled much debate in the areas of relativity and other similar theories, mostly based purely on speculation.
When we attempt to grasp the concepts of these speculative theories, the theory developers often hide behind the unknown facts, facts like it is not possible to exceed this speed of light or time slows as you approach and stops if you could travel at the speed of light etc., We have all heard the stories over the decades.

In the 1920’s Edwin Hubble conceived a method of proving that our universe was expanding. This he did by measuring the frequency of light received on Earth from distant galaxies and concluded that objects in space are moving away from us. This is accomplished by measuring the spectra of certain known elements. This theory is based on the assumption that the speed of light is a constant condition throughout the Universe. Light emitted from a moving body will appear to have a different wavelength if moving towards or away from another relative body in space. Structures, like galaxies, receding away from our relative position in the universe have a red shifted wavelength, these are longer waves whereas if an object is approaching us we would have a blue shifted or shorter wavelength. This effect is similar to the frequency shift from a cars horn as the car zooms by and passes us.

By the use of this method we have come to the conclusion that the further most galaxies are moving away faster. This is calculated by relating distance with speed. It has been concluded that the most distant objects are moving at over 95 percent the speed of light.

So far technology is based on the basic principles of three dimensional space, which exist within a further dimension of time. Modern theories which are based on three dimensional space cannot explain our planets or galaxies motion within the universe or explain what mechanisms actually control the planets orbiting of a sun. The fact that different galaxies have different cosmic or universal speeds cannot be ignored, and the constant conditions acting on all matter within these galaxies must also be different everywhere.

In a three dimensional universe negative electrons orbit a positive central nucleus, but we dont in reality exist within a three dimensional universe, we exist within a four dimensional universe because of our cosmic universal motion and under these conditions many things are very different to what we perceive.

In a four dimensional universe, negative electrons have spiral paths, not circular paths as described by modern atomic theories, also in satisfying the equal and opposite law, a four dimensional universe allows the positive nucleus, to also spiral around negative electrons at velocities proportional to their mass ratios. This is something that is not considered in modern atomic model.

In modern atomic theories, there are many mathematical constant values used. Some of these mathematical constant values are without dimensions like the fine structure constant. Yet without these mathematical constants the modern atomic models fail miserably. It seems that the constants are used to indirectly compensate for our atoms motion within the cosmos, our fourth dimension, which we call motion.
